Cost reduction and precision assurance through integrated production! 【Support available even without drawings】

We solve your concerns such as 'It's frustrating to have so many tedious management tasks despite being busy' and 'I was troubled by a sudden design change request from a customer' with our one-stop service!

Tokiwa Seiko started primarily with the manufacturing of powder metallurgy molds and precision press molds. By owning various equipment in-house, we have established a series of processes such as material procurement, cutting, heat treatment and surface treatment, grinding, mold engraving and wire discharge machining, finishing, and inspection as a "consistent production system." 【Examples of Support】 ■ Purchasing personnel: "I'm overwhelmed with complicated management tasks despite being busy." ⇒ With completed products arriving in one processing step, the burdensome and complex management tasks are reduced. ■ Design personnel: "I received a sudden request for design changes from a customer, and I'm in trouble." ⇒ Quick responses are possible, so even sudden changes can be swiftly implemented in-house, providing peace of mind. ■ Manufacturing personnel: "The mold was damaged on the production floor." ⇒ With our agile response, we can minimize risks and alleviate concerns. *Even if you don't have a drawing, if you have the part on hand, we can measure it and produce the same item. If you have a simple sketch, we can work together to create it. For more details, please refer to the PDF or feel free to contact us. (We have a list of processing and measurement equipment available.)

Low-temperature nitrogen plasma ion treatment for powder metallurgy molds and cutting tools.

Increase the hardness of cemented carbide at low temperatures to extend the lifespan of molds and tools.

It is possible to increase the hardness and lifespan of molds and tools made of ultra-hard alloys by using nitrogen ions. Since this is not a coating, it does not change the shape of the product. Additionally, because no heaters are used, there is no deformation due to heat. Please feel free to contact us when facing severe usage conditions that cannot be resolved by various coatings. We have a proven track record in applications such as addressing wear on the inner surfaces of powder metallurgy molds under high pressure, or situations where there is a desire not to change the cutting edge shape of cutting tools used for processing high-hardness materials.
